No matter what problems you have, please contact our professional customer service team for assistance at the first time!

If your order is still being processed and has not yet been delivered, please contact us immediately, we will refund you directly, the money will be returned to your account through your payment platform. If the payment platform does not support refunds, we will contact you to get information about other refund platforms.

If the product you purchased has been delivered by email, but you bought the wrong item or no longer need it, please contact us promptly. We can refund and retrieve the key within 7 days (from the date of purchase), provided the product key has not been redeemed.

If the product you purchased has been sent to you via email and the product is not working, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide us with proof that the product is not working, such as a screenshot of the activation process error, etc. After we confirm the problem, we will replace the product with a new one for you immediately, and if the problem can not be solved, we will give you a full refund.

If you purchased multiple products in a single order and request a refund for one of them, we will issue a partial refund for that specific product after confirming that the refund conditions are met.

If the product key you purchased has been delivered by email and successfully activated, we are unable to offer a return or refund, as the digital key can only be redeemed once and is non-refundable after activation.

If your order delivered more than 30 days, we reserve the right to decline refund requests.  Additionally, if you refuse support or troubleshooting assistance from our team, your request for a refund or replacement may be denied. We appreciate your understanding.
